Delhivery, one of India’s leading integrated logistics and supply chain companies, has officially expanded its on-demand intracity delivery service to Mumbai and Hyderabad through the Delhivery Direct mobile app. This move strengthens Delhivery’s local logistics network and brings its fast, affordable, and reliable delivery services to two of India’s major metropolitan markets.
The new service allows customers to book pickups on demand via the Delhivery Direct app, with logistics partners dispatched to collect parcels within approximately 15 minutes of booking, subject to availability. This quick service is designed to serve small businesses, direct to consumer (D2C) brands, and individual users who require swift same city deliveries. Customers can also track their shipments in real time, ensuring complete visibility of the delivery process.
To cater to parcels of different sizes, the service offers vehicle flexibility. Two-wheelers are available for smaller parcels, while three and four wheeler vehicles handle larger consignments. The service ensures that urban deliveries are executed efficiently, addressing the growing need for instant logistics solutions in India’s busy city markets.
The Delhivery Direct app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, is the main platform for accessing this service. In addition to intracity deliveries, the app also supports intercity shipments to over 18,850 PIN codes across India, giving customers the flexibility to manage both local and long-distance logistics seamlessly.
This expansion follows the successful launch of intracity delivery services in other major cities, including Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. With Mumbai and Hyderabad now added, Delhivery Direct covers five key cities, marking significant growth in its urban logistics footprint. The company plans to further expand these services to additional cities across India, highlighting its commitment to enhancing last-mile delivery capabilities.
