Wipro-Olam $1B Deal Signals Shift to Large IT Contracts

Wipro has secured a deal valued at over $1 billion with Olam Group, marking one of the largest transactions in the company’s recent history. As part of the agreement, Wipro will acquire Olam’s IT services arm, Mindsprint, while also entering into a long-term technology services contract with the group.
