DLF, one of India’s leading real estate developers, is gearing up to add three new retail properties in 2025, expanding its organised shopping footprint by 14 lakh square feet. The projects include DLF Midtown Plaza in West Delhi, DLF Summit Plaza in Gurugram, and a 7 lakh sq ft mall in Goa—set to be the state’s largest once operational.

The Midtown Plaza, spread across 2.88 lakh sq ft, is slated to open in Moti Nagar, West Delhi, within the next few months. Later this year, Summit Plaza in Gurugram will follow, offering 4.8 lakh sq ft of modern retail space. These properties will feature high-street retail, boutique cinemas, cafés, co-working spaces, gyms, and wellness brands under the ‘Thrive by DLF’ umbrella.

DLF’s boldest retail expansion for the year will debut early next year in Goa, with a 7 lakh sq ft shopping mall aimed at serving both the local population and relocated professionals. The company sees Goa’s growing urban base as a ripe market for modern retail.

According to Pushpa Bector, DLF’s Senior Executive Director, consumer spending is surging, and organised retail is seeing a powerful rebound post-pandemic. Looking ahead, DLF is also developing a 25 lakh sq ft mega-mall in Gurugram as part of its long-term vision.

Currently, DLF operates eight retail assets, including DLF Mall of India in Noida, with its commercial properties managed under the DLF-GIC joint ventureDLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL).
