Purushartha currently serves as Joint Secretary, Infrastructure Policy & Planning Division at the Ministry of Finance. Strategic MoU with NMRDA: ₹11,300 Cr Commitment

On September 8, 2025, HUDCO signed a non-binding MoU with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) to explore funding support of up to ₹11,300 crore over five years.
